About Cable Island B&B

Family-run property overlooking the famous Munster Blackwater river and surrounded by a mature garden. There is a 1.5km private river walk and a 4 acre private Island with our resident goats.

Jason and Valerie will host your stay. Jason and Valerie married in 2013 since then have been hosting fishing trips to Ireland for clients from all over the world. The B&B is part of the family home where we live with our four children. The B&B has its own living quarters in two separate wings of the property and feels like you are on your own, but once you arrive as a guest you leave as a friend.

Beautiful country location. Val, the owner was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was clean, although the shared bathroom is a slight inconvenience.

Beautiful Blackwater Valley views in a quiet country location. If it is the relaxation you are after well this is the place for you. Surrounded by nature but only a short drive from reality.
