Cancellation Policy for Cable Island Bed & Breakfast,
At Cable Island Bed & Breakfast, we value our guests and strive to provide exceptional hospitality and service. To maintain the smooth operation of our establishment and to ensure that our guests' needs are met efficiently, we have implemented the following strict cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Deadline: Guests are required to provide notice of cancellation no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. For example, if the check-in date is on 10/07/2021], the cancellation notice must be received by Midday on 05/07/2021. 2. Cancellation Notification: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official booking platform. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. 3. Cancellation Fees: • If a cancellation notice is received within the stipulated deadline, no cancellation fee will apply, and the guest will receive a full refund of the deposit or booking amount, whichever is applicable. • If a cancellation notice is received after the specified deadline, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount. 4. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive without any prior cancellation notice, the entire booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued. If you have booked multiple nights and not arrived on night one without contacting the property 100% of the entire booking will be charged and the remainder of your booking will be cancelled with the property. 5. Group Bookings: For group bookings consisting of 2 or more rooms, a separate cancellation policy may apply. This policy will be communicated to the lead guest during the booking process. 6. Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee at our discretion. Proper documentation may be required to substantiate such claims. 7. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation request. Please note that depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the guest's account. By making a reservation at Cable Island Bed & Breakfast, you the guests acknowledge and agree to comply with this strict cancellation policy. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations.
